ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits between brand, campus growth, content, and experimentation.
You will help figure out what actually gets students to care, click, sign up, return, and tell someone else.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and test campus-focused social content and campaigns.
- Support partnerships with student organizations and campus communities.
- Track what channels and messages produce useful user growth.
- Help shape Aspire 101’s voice, positioning, and launch playbooks.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and good taste in content.
- Comfortable experimenting instead of waiting for perfect instructions.
- Interest in consumer startups, community products, or growth.
- Marketing experience is helpful, but not required.
